Hacking Accessibility in Education & Video Consumption

Traditionally, content creators and video-streaming platforms bear the responsibility of ensuring video accessibility for users. However, there is a pressing need to empower users with the ability to determine their preferred methods of accessing and viewing videos. This necessitates a shift in agency from creators to users, ensuring greater inclusivity and customization options in accessing video content.
We challenge participants to innovate and develop features aimed at enhancing video accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The focus will be on creating solutions that not only make educational content more accessible but also provide a customizable experience for users.
